Disappointing service

Our wifi has been off since Wednesday 30 June and not Level 7 or Vumatel can fix this problem. I am extremely disappointed in the service that level 7 has provided. I will not recommend level 7 or Vumatel to anyone ever again. They’ve been escalating the problem now since Friday and we have not seen any improvement yet. Also they said that they’ll send out a technician since Friday and no one has been here.
