Did not even make it out the starting blocks!

<p>I reached out to level 7 on the 2nd August 2016 to enquire about their wireless solutions for home internet connectivity. After numerous follow ups a technician was finally sent to my home to check line of site availablity for the radio to their nearest tower. Heard from nobody again the next day so I got hold of the technician again to find out if all was good to go for the installation and whethet line of sight was possible only to be told he could not get onto my roof because he did not have the correct ladder and the office needed to hire one and I would be contacted to arrange another attempt.....its now 31st August 2016 and still nothing....amateurs! If this is how it starts I will rather steer clear of level-7!</p> <p> </p> <p>I installed an LTE solution in 45 minutes from another service provider (not Telkom! as in my experience are just as useless) and it works a treat!!!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
