Complaint 99488

I have been complaining almost a month that i have connection problems if i watch netflix,playgame or on my fone i get disconnected for few second about 20 times a day when i emaild i had to do few speed test but problem never got solved when i let them know again about this problem i get ignored i have sended 3 emails a week ago and stil no response i have been with level 7 a long long time but the customer services is getting worse and worse i have been telling them that i think its my rooter thats fault but have not heard anything since and i cc everybody onto this email and stil nothing does not work like this regards jozua
