Change of ownership (Internet)

I signed up a few clients to the ISP and struggled with a change of ownership. They held me liable for the accounts of the clients just because it had my 'name' on it? I confirmed the contracts with the clients names, ID numbers, and a copy of the ID including the address (which is not mine). They eventually made arrangements with the clients and cleared the gutters. The only issue now is that they are still sending me invoices and cc'in my email address. I've asked for my account to be removed several times now and they ***********! Please remove my accounts completely from your platform and take the ownership of the client and leave me alone!
