Can not terminate account with ease

Its very difficult closing your account with level-7. I moved to a new area were at first they told me on email that they do not have coverage in my area, so I asked them to close my account and got a different network. I paid for Desember an notified them of cancelation 2 times. Guess what, they still debit for January 2021. And now there are nou feedback on my mails. What a way to start a new year
