Bitter sweet

The communication was very bad. I had to call and ask how far along is my booking for the fiber every now and again. I was promised that it takes 48 to 72 hours to migrate yet it took about 4 weeks to be connected. The process of getting everything done was just tedious because of not knowing what's next and lack of communication. However my fiber line is up now finally so far so good. I'm just not too sure with my connection as it takes time to connect when I am working and someone else streaming in the next room so in that case I don't know if I need to extend or increase my speed because it tends to disconnect at times or just pause and reload which is a bit frustrating.
