Bad service

I inquired about canceling the contract and I was told I need 30 days notice however the 30 days won’t apply provided I cancelled before the 7th which I did. Now being told they will not release the line until the 6th of August. This shows that they are being spiteful and this is also one of the reasons I canceled because of bad business practices.
