Bad service. Bad internet.

We pay R800 for a 10mb line. We have been getting 0.5 to 3mb. We called level 7 as well as emailed them. They responded saying nothing is wrong on their side and the technician would contact us to come check it out. It's been a week and no one has contacted us. I will therefore be paying you for what you are giving me. Which is not a 10mb line.
