Bad Service

have been with level 7 for many years. This month the end of February 2026 I had a problem with my bank account. So, I paid my level 7 not with debit order by eft to them. Now they want an extra R99 because the debit order did not go thru. They even call it short payment and point to my invoice. I paid my invoice but nowhere I see about a R99 extra for debit orders that did not go thru

I seems that I have come to the that point I need to get a different internet provider.
