Bad product and even worst after sale service

Lie after lie after lie. I spoke to Dewald Gouws via email and was told that there was no fibre in my erea. After a couple of months some one in my complex told me that there is open serve and was definitly not installed after i signed up. After the bull**** story of no fibre available i was told that the wireless option is "fantastic" and decided to go for that since im working from home and need internet. I asked Dewald how many devices can work together on this option,he said easily 10...me and my wife both work from home and we cant even use the internet at once. We lose connection,clients can hear me and the internet is buffering every 10min. Theres only signal if you sit infront of the wifi box and still it will buffer. What a waste of money. I sent an email and was told a lot of bull**** stories about the fibre available im my erea. I want to cancel this contract because it doesnt work for me and im paying alot of money after I was **** to. I will take this up with my lawyer because this is not how you do business. Please avoid this Level 7 company...they just try to get you on their books and after that you are a nobody. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!!
