Bad internet

I have being battling for the past 2 weeks to get my internet stable. Like clock work at 8pm everything will go down and at 8 am all will be up and running again. I do not know who is to blame Openserve or Level 7. But i feel that they all are taking me for a ride! I pay a R1000 per month for 24hr internet but only can use it from 8am to 8pm. It is extremly fustrating. It seems that the problem does not get escalated to management. So i hope with my post management will get involved in this matter.
