Bad internet

Good day to whom this may reach… I have been with Level-7 almost 5years now the first 3 was very good but the past year and a half they have been going south the removed the option for you to contact them and only use whatsapp line which is a struggle in many forms response time of 20mins minimum and have internet outage once a month with no explanation why I am so tired off them who else can I contact with better communication.
