Bad company ethics
Worst client service. I relocated and was requested to move my internet over because i WAS happy with there service the past 4 YEARS. I was behind a month on my payments as we were moving and account change and i understand, BUT I requested they send me a bill on cost for relocation and outstanding monies and was treated like Sh@t the whole time and with NO outcome. The i received, while busy in discussion with Level7, a termenation and debt collectors communications. WHAT THE HELL. Now I am done with them after 4 years they treat clients like **** and no one no's what's going. Very disappointing FFF- rating

24 Jan 2022, 13:45Good Day Sir. Please be advised that you are bound to the address as stipulated on the installation contract. Our After-Sales team did you inform you thereof and unfortunately because the correct cancellation policy/relocation was not adhered to and the 2 months overdue on the account, the account was handed over as we unfortunately cannot carry the costs on a contract obligation for longer than this period. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

24 Jan 2022, 13:52Ok lets see if this is clear... I asked for bill to pay the amounts, I had a few questions regarding amounts, i requested cancelation quote just to see my options. I wanted my internet connected this week after a discussion with my wife, or at least get the process right with the payments. I do not see why while I'm in discussion over relocation and re activation you will still push handover trough. I still want to reconnect the internet but by the looks of it that ship has sailed and Level7 has written me off...
