BAD AFTER SALES SERVICE - LEVEL 7

For 18 month we had endless problems with Level 7. They just cant seem to deliver a basic service. They also dont have technicians it seems as you the customer needs to find cables and do the work of a technician. After no internet & buffering on a 10MB line we moved to a 20MB line for streaming and still experienced buffering. Absolutely disgusting service but they probably dont mind, the majority are happy with the service, the smaller portion doesnt play a role in their lives. I would definitely NOT recommend Level 7.
