Already 10 days without internet

I have been without Internet for 10 days now and even though the support team wants to be very friendly and appears to be helpful, I'm still without Internet. Apparently a Vumatel issue they they can't seem to get resolved or escalated. Both these companies used to be great with their service. The cracks are showing. Maybe see if there are alternative options
