6 days and counting with no speeds . Poor service .

Just wish their was a no star rating . My fibre has not been operational for 6 days ,been given excuse after excuse without any resolution . Just ridiculous. They don't communicate ,I have have to phone in to see what the issues are and everytime different response . Very poor service .
