I am beyond frustrated with this internet provider. For the past four months, I’ve had nothing but inconsistent, unreliable service. Not once have I had a good experience with them. Their so-called help line doesn’t even work—it says, “the number you have dialed does not exist.” WhatsApp messages go through, but they completely ignore them. I currently have no internet again and am forced to spend money on data almost daily because their service is so poor. This level of incompetence and disregard for customers is absolutely unacceptable!
