Very disappointing experience – Order never delivered

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with LetsZol.

I placed and paid for an order more than a month ago, but the goods were never delivered. During this time, I followed up numerous times and was repeatedly given promises and assurances that the order would be delivered. Despite these promises, nothing arrived.

What is even more frustrating is that the communication eventually stopped altogether. My follow-up messages have been ignored, leaving me with no goods and no proper explanation or resolution.

I understand that delays can happen, but keeping a customer waiting for over a month, repeatedly promising delivery and then ignoring their messages is completely unacceptable.

At this stage, I simply want the goods I paid for or a full refund.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend LetsZol. Potential customers should be very careful and make sure they understand the risks before placing an order.
