Very disappointing experience – Order never delivered
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with LetsZol. I placed and paid for an order more than a month ago, but the goods were never delivered. During this time, I followed up numerous times and was repeatedly given promises and assurances that the order would be delivered. Despite these promises, nothing arrived. What is even more frustrating is that the communication eventually stopped altogether. My follow-up messages have been ignored, leaving me with no goods and no proper explanation or resolution. I understand that delays can happen, but keeping a customer waiting for over a month, repeatedly promising delivery and then ignoring their messages is completely unacceptable. At this stage, I simply want the goods I paid for or a full refund. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend LetsZol. Potential customers should be very careful and make sure they understand the risks before placing an order.

Worst service
Worst service I’ve experienced I paid R1,250 for 50 joints but only received 35. Despite countless messages and being repeatedly told the remaining 15 would be delivered, I still haven’t received them. The communication has been terrible. I kept letting them know when I was home, only to get late responses or no updates at all. I’ve been waiting for days for them to resolve an issue that shouldn’t have happened in the first place. I’ve paid for a product I still haven’t received, and at this point it feels like I’ve been left out of pocket with no resolution. This has been the worst customer service I’ve experienced, and I cannot recommend Letzol based on how they’ve handled my order.

Disappointing service
I placed my order a few days ago and paid in full. As I was opening my package only then was I notified that they didn't have stock for one of my items. To this day, I still haven't received the rest of my order. Don't shop at this cannabis store, there are plenty of others.

Avoid this company - No delivery
I placed an order over a month ago and never received confirmation that it was picked up by the courier. When I contacted them on WhatsApp, I only got empty promises that the order was "on its way." I asked for a tracking number multiple times and never received one. They don't answer calls or reply to emails. As of today, I still haven't received my order or a refund. I would not recommend this company.
