AN UNHAPPY CUSTOMER

I bought from them in December 2024 and to date I have not received my order. At first their excuse was that its the festive season, then it was couriers not working on weekends to a point where they told me to come collect. If I could collect i would have opted to collect. After some months of back and forth I told them to refund me as they are unable to deliver my goods which still has not happened as well. I am at wits end with this company. I plead with you to NEVER EVER buy from this company as they are unprofessional and have no regard for their customers.
