We close 10min before time

So I app**** for a loan on the 19th of July and got a response via email the next day saying that I need to send some documents back via email which I did.I sent everything that was required 2 pay slips,ID,bank statement and proof of address then I waited for a response coz I had sent the email at about 9am. I then got an email on the 22 of july just confirming that I have submitted my documents,nothing in that email was a response to whether I have been approved or declined just confirmation.So today I went to the Bree branch that I had app**** with any my reason was just to find out if I have been approved or not that's all.So I got there at about 11:30 and there are other people that they attending to so I relax and notice that they close at 12 not at 1(as shown on google) once the people before me are attended I then go to one of the ladies and ask her about my loan application she then asks for my name I give it to her and she says that its incomplete as I am missing a few documents.As I am about to show her the email that I sent a call comes in she answers and she tells the person on the phone that the system is off coz they about to close,its only 10 min before they close and the system is still on coz she is apparently looking for my documents.Luckly the person on the line just wanted to find out if the branches are linked which they aren't and she gave them the correct branches number.Now back to me I show her the email I sent as well as the confirmation email I got from them she then gives me her business card to call her on monday(maybe my documents are out having fun on weekend and they will be in on Monday I dont know) I look at her with this look of disbelief and annoyance she then says I must come in on Monday(apparently I dont have a job) and send them again.I am super annoyed at the response time via email,I am super annoyed at the way she was so nonchalant about the situation.And all I want to know is if i have been approved or not that's it I didn't go with the intention of completing my application I just wanted to know what's what.It would have been better if she asked me to send them again via email and then lie to me and say ok I have received them I will forward them and I will let you know next week sometime that would have been great but for her to just give me a card and tell me to come back on Monday fumes me.I know it's the weekend and it's a derby but really dont make it so obvious that you want to lock up and go.
