Very Rude consultants at Letsatsi Finance Boulders

I app**** for a loan at Letsatsi Finance the Boulders branch via online. When I called I was told that they do not want to help me because of a previous loan I had with them. The lady on the phone was extremely rude and had no desire whatsoever to assist me. I was referred to them by Kai-Le-Chen attorney's to say that I qualify for a consolidation loan in helping me pay up their debt any others. I was told to apply at another branch and that they will not help me. Very rude and very Bad service. Just like there was one particular day I was walking in the Boulders mall and one of the ladies shouted out my name in public busy asking me when I am coming to pay, while she was wearing the Letsatsi finance uniform. I found this so unprofessional and to be bursting out my finance in public was totally unacceptable.
