Update credit report with experian/compuscan

This is the third review about Letsatsi. I have settled my loan in November 2021 but my status has not been updated with experian/compuscan.I phoned them several times asking them to send me a paid up letter sothat I can forward it to these credit bureaus but still waiting for the letter it is February now started communicating with them from the 17th of January 2022 .
