Unpleasant tele marketing

I today received a call from Letsatsi finance, they offered a funeral cover, I asked as to where did they get my cellphone number, they said from "National consumer ...something" I asked the lady to please delete my number from their database cause I not interested, the lady accused me of being rude...I told her...I said "please " was I supposed to have accepted the offer as an act of being kind? I somar hanged up as she wanted to argue.
