*********** staff and bad service

I had 3 loans with Letsatsi Finance and was assisted to consolidate them and make them one. But they deducted 2 installments instead of one. I went to the branch where I did this but I was not help but told that I will get the money on 1st of November 2023. I didn't get the money but was told it will be paid with my salary. I suprise how is this possible and called their Head office of which is full also of *********** staff as they said they can't check for me but reffered me back to the branch. I have never experienced such a bad service in my life. As soon as I paid them up I don't want anything to do with LETSATSI FINANCE.
