**** service and **** declining provedure really

I app**** for a 3 month loan and they phoned me i gave the my head office telephone number and told them to speak to our HR in bloemfontein they did so but i got declined because they couldnt find my head office in bloemfontein on google maps????? How pathetic can you be?????
