R4000 Refund not paid back to me

I would like to report Letsatsi Finance for not willing to refund my money in full.<br> I requested a settlement letter from Letsatsi finance on 20th October 2015 and was advised that I will get it in 7 working days. <br> I later went to the branch on 29th November 2015 and was told to come back tomorrow. <br> I went again on the 30th and was told to return on the 31st. <br> I realised this was a waste of time as I needed to settle my debt which affects my credit profile. <br> I settled my account by paying R19000 on the 31st October 2015 of which landed in the Letsatsi finance account on the 2nd November 2015. On the 3rd of November <br> I received a settlement letter from Letsatsi Finance dated 2nd November 2015.<br> The settlement letter indicated I have to settle R9000 for 7 days from 2nd November 2015. <br> This was the day of R19000 landed in their account to settle my debt. <br> They told me that they wont refund me and they can only refund 5900 and the rest of R4100 they wont refund. <br> This is *********. The question is what will happen to the rest of R4100? <br> As I deserve to be refunded as this is my hard earned money
