Poor service

Hi am escalating this matter for caroline she’s the lady who works at Letsatsi finance at rosslyn, I spoke to her over the phone regarding my refund that I want the company debit on the wrong date which I didn’t give them permission to debit on the 19, the lady she’s so rude to me she’s shouting and saying that I will get the refund whenever, she doesn’t know, and which I need to use the money today to pay my school fees they debit it the money now I can’t pay my child fees , the lady Caroline when I tell her that I want to talk to the manager she’s being rude again saying why should I talk to the manager and she won’t give me her numbers, I ve send out the bank statement for the proof of debit. The experience it’s bad from Rosalyn Letsatsi finance.
