POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Never have i ever experienced such poor and pathetic customer service from Nzwaki in GEORGE. I was calling to make an enquiry than she answered the phone and in me asking who i was speaking to she gave me an attitude .. i mean when you are picking up the companies phone you introduce yourself by name and the companies name ...Instead she felt the need to be telling me that i was being rude...who the hell does she think she is ? This simply tells me that she needs to go back to the basics of customer service training.. This is not the first time i am experiencing such poor pathetic customer service from this company. And this time i want this case to be handled and i want the outcome. Kindly bare in mind that i will also be taking this matter up with the OBUDSMAN. Note i would appreciate your immediate response.
