Paying Back Money I Did Not Recieve

<p>On the 15th of April 2016 I borrowed R3000 from Letsatsi Finance ,and they gave me R2000 in cash and promised to deposit the remaining R1000 in to my bank account, but they didn't do that. On the 22nd of April 2016 I went back to them to find out what happened with the R1000 that they were supposed to transfer to me, they apologised, and explained that the colsultant I had spoken to on the 15th of April 2016 "Jabu" had forgotten to transfer the money, they also promised to deposit the money on that same day. The money was transfered to my bank account as they had promised, but after 15 minutes they also took R845.00 from my account. I went back to ask what was going on, and I told to them I should not be held liable to pay money that I didn't use. The mananger of Letsatsi Finance Randburg told me that I will not get my money back, and blamed me for what had taken place.</p> <p>Our agreement was that they would take their money on the 26th as this i sthe day when I recieve my salary.</p>
