Paid up loan and unauthorised debit order

Letsatsi has not responded to my query and on top of that they took more money on the 14th of January 2022 from my bank account .the bank charges me the banking fees for each and every transaction. They tried to take the money on the 13th January 2021 unfortunately did not have enough funds so the bank again took 20 rand from my account as a penalty. Kindly assist I'm stressed about this whole thing.
