Paid up loan

I app**** for a loan and paid it up in November 2021 but it still appears as balance outstanding on my credit report affecting my score I phoned them several times but they are pushing me from pillar to post All I want from them is to update my credit profile from all the credit bureaus immediately Regards Philisiwe Luthuli ***
