No Feedback on Refund request
Hi, I recently went under debt review and Letsatsi was one of the providers I listed, I was assisted by debtbusters who advised Letsatsi to cancel their debit on their side, but on the 23/06/2022 a premium was deducted by your company, I queried with debtbusters who requested that your company please refund me, this was all done since 23/06/2022, I have not heard anything from your company, no email, no call, no sms nothing, I since took it upon myself to query with your company sending numerous emails to *** as this the only email address listed for you, I still have not received my refund and we started a new month today, I need these funds and the debit was not supposed have been deducted, I need these funds, I tried calling ***,*** / ***, I cant get through to anyone, I resent emails again today, I need my refund.

04 Jul 2022, 12:16Hi, I would like to know why isn't Letsatsi responding, I can see that its a norm for them not to respond to complaints on Hello peter as you have complaints as fresh as January 2022 and your business is ignoring us just as they are ignoring my emails for my refund, I wonder if your Director Thokozani Mahlangu know how you treat his customers, I am trying my level best to get in contact with him as I want my refund and believe me I will get in contact with some senior as you ensure we speak to no one with your email *** where you wont get a response and the agents transfer you until you decide to give up and hang up. I am not going away that easily, I want my refund Letsatsi

07 Jul 2022, 07:34You keep on sending me this automated response, I sent two emails to this the CEOs office email address and just get tickets back saying query resolved..how is my query resolved if I haven't received my refund from yourself and Letsatsi finance?
It's day 15 and I'm still begging you for the money,your organization keeps on sending me email welcoming me to new products..I asked to be terminated more then 4 times now. Ian Wason please cancel my policy
