nightmare

Letsatsi have made my credit life miserable I have been sending them paid up letter and going to the branch for them to assist me in taking out their loan on my credit profile so I can get a better score but no even them decline me cause of their loan and also confirm that I don't have it anymore, please help me get this nightmare out of my life
