Misleading Informtion by Consultant in branch

I did an application for R1000.00 on the 27/08/2018 at Mitchells Plain branch. The consultant told that the funds will be in my account before the end of business as of yesterday, which was the 27/08/2018. As this is misleading I would like this to be resolved and also I'm requesting to pay only the half of R1410.00 which will be deducted on the 28/09/2018 and want it in writing, please.
