Letsatsi finance welkom

I am really disappointed with the service my husband and I received at letsatsi finance at welkom.mY husband took a loan around August and it was double deducted.they got back to us and explained that they will refund.the date promised to us for the refund passed.my husband went back to enquire politely so he was told that it will be done the next day.the next date they called us asking for the payslip my husband already submitted he had to go back to submit it ,once again because they did not know where the gentleman who initially received it placed it hence he was on leave that day,but still none of their promises were fulfilled.that Saturday we slept with no food ,no electricity we had a child that needed medication.earlier that saturday the superviser rudely told us she cannot do anything for us.she told us to go back home and make a plan.we waited for over a weak.their adverts says its a same day payout but there is no such thing.these was a refund not a loan but their explanation made us feel like we made a mistake .I felt deeply hurt These happened the week of the 14th -20,the satur 19dec 2020 was the worst day of our complain.there is no visible contact number on their wall for the ombudsman theres not even a number where we can forward our complains. They don't have name tacs.the stuff supervisor called their head office and said we were threatening her stuff when indeed we threatened them not the violent threat we were trieng to alert them that we were going to the ombudsman but they failed to listen. They failed to have ampathy they just did not care. Today(21/12/2020) they refunded us but no apology. I was considering taking their funeral cover but I am convinced I might be left stranded when I claim.
