Letsatsi finance the ******

Letsatsi is the worst most *********** loan service I have ever dealt with.Their agents are even worst and completely hopeless when it comes to customer service. I had a loan at letsatsi and requested a settlement letter which was send to me on friday only to be called again today and being advised that the settlement amount is wrong and that i still owed them money. I made a consolidation loan to pay off all my debt and do not have the funds to pay of the extra amount they request now. I will be paying a bigger installment on the consolidation loan and did not mind knowing that all my other debt is settled. But now letsatsi wants to put the blame on me and act as if i made the mistake. Everytime i want to complain i am being transferred to the agent (Agnes) who made the mistake in the first place and then I am being told they do not have a complaints department. I have send the complain to the NCR and is awaiting feedback. I demand a response from the Head Office of letsatsi and will not pay until the matter is resolved.
