Letsatsi Finance Sunnyside branch. Please stop debiting my account

Letsatsi Finance Sunnyside Branch in Pretoria is very unprofessional and really needs to be closed. I had a Loan with them for some time and had been paying well throughout. They furthermore asked me to take a Funeral Cover with them, which I did. Problem came when I lost my job and nicely informed them as soon as I got the information and asked for my Funeral Cover to be cancelled as I no longer have any source of income. but they are failing to do that. I managed to settle the loan I had with them but now they want to continue to milk me from every little cent I try to make living with. May I kindly get help on what to do to get Letsatsi Finance to stop debiting my account. I have proof of emails requesting all this from them but no luck.
