Letsatsi Finance not helping it's clients

I have paid up my loan with Letsatsi through Blue Ocean Collection Services over 5 months ago. I have been in contact with them several times to update my credit history with them including the Letsatsi Alberton Area Manager and they just refuse to help and refer me to Blue Ocean Collection Services. Most recently I spoke to Karabo Mahlatji, collections floor manager, she assure me this would be updated in 21 days, this was on 3 March, to this day I can't get hold of her and no updates have been made. My profile reflects an outstanding balance. I have called numerous times in the past week leaving messages and sending emails, still no response, no one gets back to me.
