Letsatsi Finance is terrible - Not worth it

Letstsi Finance does not have an efficient system. If you pay more than you're supposed to pay, in order to settle your account, the debit orders still go off.

The call is recorded. I was in contact with a rude lady called Ofentse Moagi who says they don't use "my rules" after I mentioned that the interest rate depends on the balance, and this is clearly shown in the statement she sent.

Taking this up with them as a complaint and moving further with Legalwise if they don't budge.
