Letsatsi finance ******

My name is Steven Mphephu, i took a loan from Letsatsi Finance on the 22 February and we agreed that my 1st instalment will be on the 25 March but i checked my credit report on the 4th March and it shows that i missed my 1st instalment and im behind with my payment,, i called the branch manager at bree joburg called Maria and she told me the report i got its a lie, i called compuscan and they confirm3d that i miss3d 1 payment accordig to letsatsi finance but when i call maria again she told me that shes busy and hungup the phone and never call me back, i then sent amd email to ********** and Sanna rep**** asking for my number which i provided but she never called,,, i dont know what to do because that so called missed payment is affecting my credit scores and no one wants to help me to fix it,,, i always have a problem with bree branch and the branch manager Maria always defend them,
