Letsatsi finance

I once had a loan with letsatsi finance and I did settle the loan last year and I do have the paid up letter but to my surprise on Experian it still appears as I'm owing the letsatsi finance R2800 for 2months I think they are taking me for the ride they must refund my money because they are playing with me I do have a paid up letter I'm now stuck because of letsatsi finance tanx to them for taking me for the ride
