I have a complain about the above company I have been paying a funeral cover for my uncle for almost 2years in December they called me to do an upgrade on my policies after i did they explained that the upgrade will mature in 6 months n just after the policy reached 6 months they called me to say that i must degrade becouse they made a mistake n they can not upgrade for extended family any more n just after the call they cancelled all my policies becouse i did not agree
