I app**** for a loan. I submitted all the required documents. I then got a reply from Amber saying that my salary does not apply on my bank statement. I then told her on which dates to check.<br> <br> She then rep**** and said my payslip does not look like other payslips from *TAM. I rep**** and said I dont work for *TAM but for *LAM. She rep**** again saying that it does not look the same. I rep**** asking her to call head office to confirm as I do work for *lam.<br> <br> All of this communication was done via email. I called her office number& was told that she was on lunch. I then sent her an email asking her to call me as I did not think that she was checking correctly after not seeing my salary and also saying I work for SANTAM while I work for SANLAM. She has never called me.<br> <br> I then decided to go to a branch in Johannesburg CBD as I did not find joy with Amber's service. I submitted my documents again. The lady who helped me there said she will get back to me the next day. By the time the lady from the branch got back to me Amber had already sent me an email saying that my payslip is **********. I rep**** saying that I would lay a complaint as this was not factual. She said I can go ahead
