Ignored

<p>I'm a Letsatsi client and in Monday 20 Feb 2017 I called Letsatsi in Pretoria street Pretoria to ask for a settlement letter for my loans. I was asked to sms the email address for the letters to be sent to. I did that immediately. Did not receive them. Wednesday 22 Feb I called again the lady told me that I can't get letters because the debit orders had been loaded. This was explained to me very rudely.</p> <p>Today 24 Feb debit orders went so I have been calling the branch but no one is answering.</p> <p> </p> <p>What kind of service is this or they don't want me to settle my loans.</p>
