I will expose letsatsi if its the last thing I do!

Took a loan with letsatsi but unfortunately got retrenched end of dec 2014 I notified meshack the manager as I dealt with him n he advised that I send all docs of my retrenchment so that insurance can pay off the remaining balance on my loan. A month down the line meshack calls and tells me I need to bring original docs to boksburg which I couldnt manage as I reside in soweto,meshack advised that I should rather drop them off in joburg and request for mary, got to the joburg branch but there is no such a person. On 21may2015 I received a call to notify me that I have been handed over, even after explaining all that happened I was told that my file was incomplete. This just proves that the manager at the boksburg branch is *********** as he didnt even bother to send my docs to insurance. Now apparently because time has gone by with them sitting with my documents as the had resend them my insurance might have lapsed (still waiting for feedback) I now stand to be blacklisted because of mere stupidity and lack of communication
