I want my money

I've had a really difficult weekend. I contacted Letsatsi Finance to update my banking details as I was switching banks. Everything seemed to go smoothly—the details were updated correctly, and the funds were successfully collected on 25/09. However, to my surprise, the old account was debited again two days later.

I called in on Saturday morning to resolve this and was told that a refund would be processed by the end of the day, but it wasn’t. The debited amount was meant for my kids' swimming lessons, and this issue has caused a major argument with my partner, putting my family at risk. We need to recognize the serious consequences of such incompetence when handling people's finances. I expect my money to be refunded by close of business.
