I app**** for a loan a week ago provided all my documents and the person who assisted me , katlego Le***akala kept asking for a bank statement which I sent 10 times and his query was that I should send a statement from online not mobile, I did several times and he still asked for the same thing again today, I even sent screenshots to show that I’m on my online banking account, till this day no processed application, what a poor service and the agent is definitely unprofessional and shows no care for customers, very bad attitude
