I am in dismay.

I do not think they know what they are doing there. I app**** for a loan. Submitted all the required documents and was told to wait 24 hours. 24 hours passed, no news. I called to follow up. They told me that bank statements are missing. Mind you, I sent all the required bank statements. Anyways, I submitted the bank statements again. I waited another 24 hours. No reply. I called again on day 3, to be told that there are missing bank statements. Lol. I submitted the statements again for the 3rd time. And waited another 24 hours. Today is day 4, I called again, and the told me that they are missing some bank statements. I am lost for words. This is beyond ridiculous. it is appalling. This is the worst service in the history of customer service.
