Horrible and Horrific Service Unanswered Emails and Telephone Calls

I have been trying to set up a payment plan before the lockdown by contacting the Mitchells Plain office or branch by email and telephone. Yet today nobody has responded to the email and no one there answer the telephone. For this horrible service I am requesting that my balance be cleared with immediate effect as I have contacted the media and Financial Ombudsman about the poor service from Letsatsi Finance. I would appreciate a confirmation letter by Thursday stating that the balance is cleared.
